This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are reviewed for Peak Growth LLC lead generation services.
Service-based work
Peak Growth LLC sells service-based lead generation work. Because service delivery may include research, planning, writing, setup, CRM preparation, inbox workflow configuration, and campaign preparation, completed work is generally not refundable.
Before work begins
If you request cancellation before work begins, Peak Growth LLC will review the request and may approve a full or partial refund depending on payment fees, order status, and any written agreement.
After work begins
After research, setup, copywriting, CRM preparation, or campaign work has started, refunds are reviewed case by case based on the completed work, remaining work, payment status, and service agreement.
Offline and invoice payments
For bank transfer, invoice, or approved offline payments, refund timing depends on payment confirmation, bank processing, and the agreed service terms.
How to request a refund
Send refund requests to payment@peaksgrowth.com with your company name, order number, payment date, selected service, and reason for the request.
